organization environments also so um yeah it’s been a a long journey but one I I have actually certainly um enjoyed so I have actually gone from presenting um things like basic analysis technical analysis tax effective investing alternatives to directing a basic analysis system where I got to travel a lot to the United States and then I transferred to Bell direct where I was Equity strategist there for 11 years and then relocated to do my own funds management business birming invests which I sold in June and now here I am at State Street Global advisors and equities strategists for the ETF location well remarkable um throughout that period when you discussed um the two to three years of learning how did you discover that your confidence was at first versus after the 3 years and how did you discover um the resources to uh educate yourself like nowadays we have podcasts um I make sure like before then we didn’t have a lot of resources offered as we do now and was it through books or uni.
